The safety of employees, sub-contractors and visitors is our number one priority. We are proud of the significant improvements achieved, which are a direct result of our commitment to the ongoing education of employees in safety operations and procedures. Total ensure that our management of Health and Safety extends beyond physical health, and we incorporate aspects of mental health within our thinking.
Total champion an internal workplace safety initiative – ‘Targeting Zero Accidents’. This is aimed at all employees, contractors and visitors; ensuring they are aware of the risk controls in place for the work activities, and that we are all responsible in contributing to a safe work environment.
Our Health and Safety Management System has been developed in line with international standards, and the system is audited to ensure compliance.
